No, our kettle uses stainless steel. It won’t have any problem with stretching off.
Does the popcorn machine keep the popcorn warm?
Yes, our popcorn machine has a spotlight warmer and warming deck to keep the popcorn warm.
How do I clean the popcorn machine?
- Make sure the appliance is unplugged and completely cooled before cleaning.
- Unplug the outer plug to the outlet as well as the kettle motor plug inside the popcorn maker.
- Use a slightly damp, non-abrasive sponge, towel or cloth to wipe down the inside and outside of the popcorn maker, then wipe with a non-abrasive towel to dry.
- Remove the kettle from the support brackets.Fill ²⁄³ of Kettle with hot, soapy water.
- Let the kettle sit for 15 – 20 minutes to cut the grease. (time may vary – use your own judgment depending on the amount of cleaning necessary)
- Empty water. If necessary, use the scrubber side of a cleaning sponge to scrub inside of the kettle.
- Rinse inside carefully and dry.
- Wipe outside of the kettle with damp cloth and dry.
NOTE: To protect the motor plug from getting wet, never immerse the Kettle in any liquid. Never place any parts in the dishwasher. Always wash by hand.
Can I replace the light bulb?
Yes, if there is any issue with the light bulb, we will be happy to replace it with a new one within the warranty period. If the purchase is outside warranty period, the light bulb is available to purchase for $6. Please contact email@example.com for a replacement.
Are the hinges plastic?
We only use quality stainless steel on hinges and other hardware.
Is there an insulation board at the bottom of the product?
Yes, there is.
Are the door and sides glass or plexiglass?
The 8oz popcorn machines use quality glass door, it can take high heat and easy to clean.
Can I cook flavored popcorn in this machine? Like caramel popcorn?
Yes, you can. This popcorn machine can cook flavored popcorn easily. Our popcorn kettle is made for cooking favor and non-flavored popcorn. You can cook caramel popcorn by following these steps. You can also cook the popcorn with butter.
Can I use any brand of popcorn in this machine?
Yes, you can use any kernels with Corn Rush popcorn machine, such as Orville Redenbacher's, Bob’s Red Mill & Amish Country.
What is the right amount of oil to popcorn?
In order to cook theater style popcorn, we recommend 8 tablespoon of oil to 1 cup of corn for 8oz popcorn machine, and 4 tablespoon of oil to ½ cup of corn for 4oz popcorn machine.
How long does it take to make a batch of popcorn?‘
The first batch takes 5 minutes to make. As you continue to use the product, the second batch only takes 3 minutes.
Is there a cool down time I have to wait to pop another batch?
Corn Rush popcorn machine is made to handle “popping jobs” consecutively. You don’t have to wait for the kettle to cool down, as the matter of fact, the 2nd batch will pop faster since the kettle is already hot.

When can I expect my order?
We typically ship 2 - 3 business days after we receive your order. Depending on where you live in the United States, you can expect to have your order delivered to you in 2- 5 business days after your order has shipped.
All international packages are shipped via DHL. corn rush is unable to control or predict delivery windows for International shipments.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
We recommend that you contact us immediately if you would like to change your delivery address. Once it has been shipped, we are unable to change it. Please contact customer service via email at email@example.com immediately.
How do I track my order?
Once we ship your order, we'll also send you an email with your tracking number. You can also go to your Account page and click on the order you're interested in tracking. You'll find the order number next to each of the items that has shipped.

Can I cancel an order before the item ships?
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. We will cancel your order free of charge. Cancellation of an order may take up to 3 days. Thanks for your patience.
Can I cancel my order after the item has shipped?
We cannot cancel your order after the package has been dispatched. You can contact customer service to return it after receiving the product. Please note ALL returns will be processed with a $25 restocking fee to cover the cost of return shipping and processing.

What if the item I receive is damaged?
All of our products go through quality inspection before being shipped out. If you receive a damaged product, it is most likely caused during shipping. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a picture of the damaged product. After our verification, we will resend you replacement
